## Overview
I am seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant. The ideal candidate will support me with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
## Duties (real estate experience preferred, but not required)
- Assist real estate agents with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and appointments
- Prepare and process real estate documents and contracts
- Conduct market research and assist in property valuations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects
- Maintain databases and filing systems accurately
## Experience
- Prior experience in real estate administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and Real Estate Law is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Sales or marketing experience is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients
Salary will commensurate with experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
