Homes by Towne (www.homesbytowne.com) a well-established home builder in Sacramento is seeking a highly organized individual to fill a part-time Administrative Assistant position.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the California division by maintaining and organizing division files, backing-up our accounts payable process, assisting with warranty tasks, ordering office supplies for office and field staff, processing incoming mail, and other general office support.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support related tasks, work independently and must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.
This position will be 20-25 hours a week. The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of administrative support; excellent verbal and written communication skills and good organizational and planning skills. A strong proficiency in Word and Excel is a must.
