Float Caregiver starting at $19.00/hr.
- PLUS $1-$2/hr. extra for 2nd shift and weekends!
Homes for Independent Living (HIL) is looking for a flexible caregiver to join our team. You will provide direct care for adults with disabilities and behavioral challenges through individual or behavioral service plans across the Manitowoc Region.
You will:
- Work at a variety of locations and shifts
- Help clients with daily living activities
- Assist with mobility and personal cares
- Redirection of challenging behaviors
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation
- Lead by example for other Caregivers

Caregiver Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- Driver's License Required with 3 years of clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience in CBRF and behavioral homes
- Passion for client care
- Patient, compassionate, and reliable
- Supervisor experience a plus!
