Landscaping Laborer

Job Description
Homescape Pros is looking for skilled laborers to join our team for immediate hire. We offer steady, predictable, full-time and/or part-time employment. Will Train the right person. We want someone who is honest, ambitious, energetic, and reliable that will come to work on a daily basis. We strive to maintain a “no drama” work environment.

The Landscape Laborer performs routine tasks using standardized procedures specific to landscape industry. Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

This Job Is:

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma

Short list of duties but not limited to include:

• Follow Crew Leader instructions to provide clients with best-in-class property services
• Work productively as a team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Use a variety of equipment to perform landscape installation and maintenance, hardscape projects and/or other tasks
• Responsible for job site set-up and clean up

Work Conditions:

• Applicants must be willing and able to work outdoors, in all elements
• Applicants must be able to tolerate physical effort including the handling of objects - following strict safety guidelines & protocols.
• Able to safely work with a wide variety of equipment
• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming using commercial equipment.
• Landscape enhancement and design.
• Leaf and debris removal.
• Planter preparation and planting (trees, shrubs, flowers, etc.).
• Maintaining the general cleanliness of the site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• JOB STARTS ASAP...MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION... WORK WEEK IS TYPICALLY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY... BUT MUST BE AVAILABLE OCCASIONALLY FOR SATURDAY WORK, WEATHER PERMITTING… MUST BE ABLE TO USE A WEED TRIMMER AND USE IT THROUGH YOUR SHIFT.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
