Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Properly handle register transactions and support cashier training and service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate, ie TJX rewards credit cards and customer surveys
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
