About the Role
HomeSpotter has an immediate need to build our Customer Implementation team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the technical expert on how customers are set up on their HomeSpotter products. You will be customer-facing and work with the internal teams to onboard new customers, and update settings for existing customers. This role will work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Engineering developers, QA, and Customer Support making it an exciting opportunity to learn and interact with different areas of our business. HomeSpotter employees learn on the job and you must be comfortable with ambiguity. You will be most successful if you are a self-starter who can seek out the knowledge needed to get the job done.
This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be located at our headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position will be temporarily remote due to COVID precautions.
What you will be doing:
- Capture and clearly communicate customer requirements
- Set, communicate, and track internal deadlines for successful customer delivery
- Serve as a technical expert for the internal customer team and external customer contacts
- Ensure requirements and product quality are fully met prior to delivery
- Participate in the creation of processes and procedures for operational efficiency
- Work on special projects and tasks as needed
About you and the skills you already possess:
- 3 years relevant experience in project management, implementation, customer support, or related field
- Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Strong attention to detail
- An excellent communicator, both written and oral. Ability to break down complex ideas into easy to understand pieces
- A natural problem solver
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient with standard office tools (Excel, Word)
Nice to Have:
- Prior start-up experience
- Prior experience in project management
- Bachelor's Degree
