As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for one of our Senior Living Communities. The LPN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for one of our Senior Living Communities. The LPN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Communication with pharmacies.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting them promptly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Leading our resident assistants and med techs to ensure superior care (patient assessments, audits, and staff training).
- Supervise and support Caregivers in delivering care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Current and valid LPN license in Michigan.
- Proven experience of successful nursing role in a senior living or long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.
- Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Must have the ability to relate positively to residents, their families, employees, and the community at large with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and excellent organizational and time-management skills.
