What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inn Keeper position at Homestead Inn?
Luxury New England B&B looking for F/T Live-in Innkeeper or couple. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of day to day operations of a 16 room Inn. Ability to work independently and manage a part time staff is required due to off site ownership. Responsibilities include: (but are not limited to) staffing, breakfast preparation, housekeeping, laundry, guest room preparation, purchasing supplies, assisting guests with luggage, concierge services, representing the Inn at local events and business functions, admin responsibilities, property maintenance, social media, OTA & Website Management. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE skills are absolutely essential. You must be able to think on your feet with an at your service attitude and be solution oriented. We cater to high end clientele and have a history of accommodating celebrity guests. We pride ourselves on CLEANLINESS and have maintained superior customer reviews. This is a fast-paced environment with 24/7 responsibilities due to offsite ownership. This is a contract position with accommodations, utilities and internet provided as part of compensation. Competitive base with bonus based on revenue growth, room occupancy and customer reviews.
