Job Description: Butcher/Meat Cutter
State Inspected Meat Processing Facility
Are you an experienced butcher/meat cutter looking for a new opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a butcher/meat cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meat to meet customer specifications.
Duties:
- Cut, debone, trim, and portion meat according to customer requests.
- Prepare specialty cuts of meat as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cutting area.
- Adhere to all safety and food handling regulations.
-Break carcasses down into primals.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a butcher/meat cutter in a processing facility, butcher shop, or grocery store preferred.
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat.
- Ability to use knives, saws, grinders, and other cutting equipment safely.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and speed.
-Familiarity with HACCP preferred.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
