We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Banker. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and assisting with various banking transactions. Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Identify and prevent fraudulent activities through vigilant monitoring and detection
- Perform basic math calculations accurately to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Maintain knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of basic math concepts and ability to perform calculations accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
