Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proficient in recruiting and interviewing processes
• Confident and composed in various scenarios, from making cold calls to addressing a crowd
• Skilled in conducting thorough applicant screenings, interviews, and coordinating the hiring process
• Experienced in facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
• Capable of handling employee relations matters and overseeing benefits administration
• Detail-oriented with at least 1 year of recruitment experience

Earnings & Benefits:

• Base Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 annually plus bonuses, depending on experience
