Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Customer Service: 1 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 years (preferred)
- Experience with any data base entry software: 1 years (preferred)
The Office Assistataint is responsible for answering incoming calls, welcoming applicants, maintaining files, data entry, and other administrative and routine clerical tasks.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Answers incoming calls in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
- Organizing and managing files
- Welcoming applicants and guest to the office
- Assisting other office staff with clerical duties.
