Current Openings:
- We have full-time and part-time positions available with flexible schedules. Choose whether you'd like an ongoing set schedule, pick up open shifts only, or do a combination.
- We have daytime and evening shifts available.
- Homemaking-Companionship and Personal Care positions are both available
Job duties may include:
- Companionship
- Homemaking: Meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and more
- Transportation
- Hands-on assistance of personal hygiene: Bathing, toileting, changing, oral hygiene, etc
- Helping with transfers and ambulation, with or without assistive devices
- Monitoring and documentation
- Other non-medical home care duties

Qualifications:
- Age 18 years or older (age 21 and older if providing transportation)
- Ability and willingness to help with all or most of the job duties (some training available)
- Professional, compassionate, mature, and trustworthy
- Open to feedback and learning new approaches to care
- Able to legally work in the United States with proper documents
- Reliable transportation and backup transportation
- Satisfactory results of a CORI and National Criminal Background Check
- Verifiable references
Helpful but not required:
- Massachusetts Certifications/Licenses related to caregiving such as CNA, HHA, PCA, CPR/First Aid
- Driver's license/adult permit and a reliable, insured vehicle are preferred but not required
- COVID Vaccination completed and up-to-date.
