Guest Service Representatives will be responsible to attending to the needs of guests, especially during the check-in/check-out processes. Highly organized individuals would thrive in this position.
· $500.00 Introductory Bonus, more information provided at interview
· Welcome guests when they come to check in and check out
· Check in and check out guests efficiently and with a friendly attitude
· Complete nightly audit
· Keep the security and safety of guests paramount when checking them in and out
· Takes care of guest issues as they arise
· Handles cash and credit cards in a responsible manner
· Answers phones/makes reservations
· Uses the computer system efficiently
· Communicates with other departments when needed
Requirements:
· Audit shift (11pm-7am)
· Evening Shift (3pm-11pm)
· Morning Shift (7am-3pm)
· Must be able to work weekends and holidays
· Must have reliable transportation
EOE. Post-offer background check and drug screen (marijuana excluded from testing) required.
Our hotel is on the RRTA Route 19/Manheim bus route.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
