HomeWorks Energy is hiring a seasoned Crew Lead for our weatherization business. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge in the field, be looking to enhance their field experience, and must be able to run their own crew.

Responsibilities
- Manage Mass Save jobs with team of 1 to 2 installers
- Complete work in a timely manager
- Complete work up to Mass Save standards
- Ensure great customer experience
- Ensure crew is following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and install
- Complete proper documentation for each job
- Collect copay from customer
- Drive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of Mass Save install experience
- Strong background in Mass Save
- Strong time management skills
- Light carpentry skills
- Crew Lead Certification
- Lead Safe Certification
