About this Position:
This position supports the maintenance of High Pressure Die Cast Cylinder Head Dies. This includes the support of other Die Service Technicians, Staff and Team Leaders, and working with Production and Engineering teams to improve die maintenance and part quality characteristics.
Responsibilities include:
* Support equipment / die downtime in a dynamic fast-paced environment
* Develop and support equipment / die improvement projects
* Support weekend and shutdown equipment / die activity
* Support training of other equipment / die associates
* Support of the engineering group in short / long term projects

Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
2 years in the mechanical and/or die mold maintenance field - Co Op acceptable
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Oher Job Specific Skills:
Welding, Machining, Hand Finishing, Blueprint Reading "at MC" programming experiences (G-Code)
