Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Writer to join our team. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for overseeing customers are written up in our service drive and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities:

- Service Writer

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Schedule appointments and allocate resources to meet customer demands

Experience:

- Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred

- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of tire service, oil changes, vehicle maintenance, sales, shocks struts, brake repair, and other automotive services
