As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fleet operations, including managing broker deals, maintaining relationships with vendors and clients, and ensuring the efficient utilization of our fleet resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize fleet utilization and profitability.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including broker deals and corporate partnerships.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and clients to ensure favorable agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, including vehicle specifications, maintenance history, and lease agreements.
• Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote fleet services and attract new clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the fleet management process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or automotive sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
