Honest Abe Roofing is currently seeking Superstars. However, we do not use that word lightly. Ask yourself these questions. 8. When communicating can you speak professionally WITHOUT ANY umms, delays, and or stalls?

10. If I asked you to sell me something. Would you stick with me through 3 hours of objections? Would you do anything and everything in your power to be sure you took care of the need I called you out for? Could you go to a Hard Close when needed?

Summary of Expectations

Responsible for total operations of an Honest Abe Roofing installation or job. This
Includes overseeing and working hand and hand with the partner crews to ensure that the customer experience meets and exceeds the expectations set during the initial consultation. You would be expected to know how to install roofing products and materials, do small repairs, up-sell, wash and maintain company vehicles and tools, participate in the daily morning meetings, read or listen to books, maintain the warehouse, and be responsible for communicating and administering all company policies, procedures, and the mission.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Visiting, managing, and installing 1 to 2 job sites per day
• Ability to do small repairs on their own
• Training, motivating, and celebrating with your team daily
• Interacting with homeowners and team members
• Reporting to the Production Manager
• Taking photographs of before, during, and after or each installation
• Be willing to ask for a review and or referral
• Delivering materials and hauling waste
• Ensure the culture supports our core values of honor, integrity, and growth
• Lead by example

Job Type: Full-time & 2%

Compensation: Commensurate to experience doubled ($45,000-$60,000)

• Do you have enough roofing experience to find an area of concern on a roof and repair that area on your own?
• This is an inhouse position. Would you be willing to relocate or commute each day into the office?

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• Roofing License (Preferred)
