Required Experience :
- At least 1 year of professional roofing experience, residential and / or commercial
- Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
- Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA standards
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide detailed quotes based on customers' specific needs and job requirements
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments
- Identify and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Deliver excellent customer service and high-quality roofing work
- Complete jobs efficiently and effectively per the agreed upon scope of work
- Communicate professionally with customers through the platform
Supplies & Equipment : You must have your own professional-grade supplies and equipment, including but not limited to :
- Ladders, scaffolding, and fall protection gear
- Roofing tools (hammers, nail guns, pry bars, utility knives, etc.)
- Roofing materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc.)
- Safety gear (hard hats, gloves, work boots, etc.)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Licensing & Insurance :
- Valid contractor's license (where required)
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance (if applicable)
