Cannabis Salesman

Cannabis cultivator in Rochester/Newark area is seeking a dedicated and driven cannabis salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of proven sales experience, demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-sufficiency. A valid driver's license is required, as this role involves making sales calls throughout New York State. Knowledge of cannabis products is preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving growth in the rapidly evolving cannabis industry.

- Build and maintain relationships with dispensaries, retailers, and other potential clients.

- Conduct sales calls and meetings to pitch products and secure orders.

- Educate clients on the benefits and uses of various cannabis products.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market opportunities.

- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote company products.

- Adapt sales strategies to meet the unique needs and preferences of different clients.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
