Honey Bucket Dispatcher
(Two different shifts are available)
Location: Salem, Oregon
- Schedule: We are hiring for the following shifts.
- Day-Shift: 9:30 am-6:00 pm Mon-Fri shift
- Mid shift: 11:00 am-7:30 pm Mon-Fri.
- Pay: $20.00/ Hour
- 100% paid medical benefits

A Day in the Life:
Our Dispatcher will coordinate and delegate what is needed for the work day which would include forecasting for upcoming needs. This position is also a support/customer service role, supporting the field staff with resolving issues that arise. Daily customer contact, high attention to detail, the desire to want to help the team, & problem-solving are required to be successful in this job.
- Ability to maintain and keep all inventories at proper levels for equipment
- Ensure that all requests, concerns and/or complaints are handled timely and efficiently
- Ability to maintain and enforce safety standards as established and required by federal, state, and company policy
- Create route efficiencies and route sequencing
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have general geographical knowledge. In addition, the Dispatcher position will be responsible for the following duties:
- This person must understand routing and be able to route both pick-up/delivery drivers and route drivers
- Have geographical knowledge of the area you are applying for
- Continually improve route efficiencies to established goals by daily pinning and sequencing the routes and coordinating with the mapping department
- Computer aptitude: Outlook, Excel, etc.
