PRODUCTION ASSOCIATEJOB DESCRIPTIONSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares ham and turkey products for sale to clientsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Prepares hams, turkeys, salads and sandwichesCuts hams in half and pre-cleans them Slices, glazes and wraps hams and turkeys for displayUnloads raw goods from trucksStores unusable hamsInspects and maintains production equipmentMaintains and cleans production area, adhering to company safety and sanitation guidelinesOTHER FUNCTIONS:Complies with company standards Ensures a respectful workplaceContributes to the overall operations of the store and companyKEY RESULT AREAS:Customer satisfactionTimeliness in preparing productsControlling wasteAttention to detailQuality of effort;accuracy/thoroughness of work.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Physical demands of the job include working with hot torch, slicing machine and standing for long periods, bending and lifting 25-65lbs.
