This position has overall responsibility for the Quality Assurance function at the company. Job responsibilities include:

- Administering all product testing programs relative to incoming materials, work in process, and finished product

- Working with customers to ensure that their quality requirements are met

- Handling consumer complaints

- Administer the SQF program assuring company compliance with all SQF level 3 certification requirements

- Training employees in HACCP, GMP, and all other Quality Assurance programs

- Assisting with new product development

- Managing customer and third party audits

- Maintaining all product specifications and writing new specifications as needed

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of five year of related experience

- Proven ability to lead an organization to uniformly embrace the company quality programs.

- SQF and HACCP background.

- Managing the Kosher and Organic Certification programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
