Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met and drive resolution for any discrepancies. You will assist and communicate with SGS leadership, Operations, Sales, Rebate team, Finance, PPC team and the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Working capital management, training, forecasting and reporting
- Rebate account reconciliations
- Credit analysis
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of collection experience
- High School Diploma, or GED.
