As a Finance Director here at Honeywell, you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. You will develop and implement financial strategies, ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements, and manage financial risks to optimize the company's financial performance. You will report directly to Finance executives and you will work out of our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid work schedule. We are willing to consider offering relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee development of strategic planning, including investments and operating budgets, to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
• Establish annual financial goals; monitor and analyze performance against these objectives.
• Lead the development of future financial strategies, monitor and continually strengthen the global control environment, including driving analytical, controllership and strong compliance and integrity culture.
• Work with operating business unit heads and their teams to drive growth and value creation.
• Identify and drive key levers of the business and develop mechanisms to hold people accountable.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or related roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to interpret financial statements, analyze market data, and develop financial strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
