Key Responsibilities:
- Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide support to Honeywell UOP executives in R&D.
- You will work closely with the leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers.
- Contribute to a team of highly committed professionals who’s organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other project administrative business processes.
- Provide superior administrative support to our R&D leaders, enabling them to make most of their time.
- Grow and develop your interpersonal skills while focusing on client support, while actively contributing to a team-based culture and friendly working environment.
- Use your strong organizational skills to manage calendars and plan complex travel itineraries.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Must Have:
- High School diploma/GED.
- Strong SAP experience to manage supplies, indirect purchases, and manage time.
- Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
(SAP, Accolade, SFDC, VOConnect, Kronos, Compass).
We Value:
- Associates Degree preferred.
- Previous project administrative experience.
- Previous successful experience in event planning.
- Previous experience with I-9 Administration, Meeting coordination, Passport Visa logistics.
- Notary Public is a plus.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Ability to focus on important information and identify key details.
- Professional and courteous communication.
