Use your project and organizational skills to effectively manage Capital investment projects that drive revenue, increase productivity and improve processes. This is a highly visible position, requiring direct interaction with peers and leaders across both internal functional groups and external vendors. Your projects will vary depending on organizational priorities and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures projects are correctly planned and managed through all phases from conception through finalization using available Honeywell project reporting and management tools
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget through application of standardized Honeywell procedures
- Establish professional relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure desired project outcomes
- Routinely and accurately report status of all key metrics (resources, technical issues, budget, timeline, etc) for assigned projects to Management, internal Customer, and other interested parties
- Ensure all project documents are accurately developed, maintained, and made available to all concerned parties
- Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized
- Maintain project meeting agendas and minutes
- Monitor and control the financial status of projects (Budgets, billings, milestone payments)
- Managing the process of scope definition and change control, including negotiations of contract / scope variations
- Participate in the continuous improvement process with respect to project management procedures, guidelines and tools highlighting any possible areas where improvements can be made.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 3 year of project management experience

- Experience working with cross functional teams, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, HSE/EHS, and Finance.
- Comprehensive computer application skills Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project
- Knowledgeable of contract language and accounting functions

- Capacity to work on multiple projects at the same time
