Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Site Quality Engineering Manager for our Chandler, Arizona location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• As the Site Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the development, manufacturing, engineering, support and operations processes.
• You will lead the strategic direction and for site initiatives that ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality.
• Manage, develop, and provide technical guidance and support to quality team.
• Take ownership and ensure site compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100.
• Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Conduct cost improvement analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality management system standards.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets.
