As a Senior Customer Business Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationship with a defense original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for military aircraft. You will play a critical role in driving the strategic growth and success of the business by developing and executing comprehensive customer business plans.
Your leadership and expertise in managing key accounts will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and provide innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs. By guiding and mentoring your team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue growth, positioning the company as a market leader in customer business management. You will report directly to the Vice President of the Defense OEM Customer Business Team and you'll work out of a Honeywell location in proximity to the customer on a hybrid work schedule.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and ensure the success of our customers.
