If you enjoy developing innovative supply chain solutions to solve difficult business challenges, this position is for you.  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals building & executing the strategic roadmap to improve PMT’s capability in the areas of S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, delivery fulfillment and inventory management.  The product portfolio is very diverse and requires different supply chain design models to ensure customer expectations are met.  The PMT Business Unit also has several manufacturing models that require different planning frameworks like Engineer to Order, Make to Order, Assemble to Order and Make to Stock.  The role will be dedicated to developing and implementing Best Practices within the Business Units (BU’s), including the development and adoption of Rapid Response for Supply and Inventory Planning. 

Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage for Honeywell to bet the competition. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives) & metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

·                Experience developing a strategic roadmap that builds capability in People, Process and Tools

·                Partner with the Corp Planning COE to design and implement World Class Supply and Inventory planning methodologies across Honeywell that meets the different business models

·                Serve as the Supply and Inventory Planning Subject Matter Expert

·                Lead a team of professionals to build organizational capability

·                Continuously develop and improve Supply and Inventory planning methods to improve business results

·                Find standardized leading and lagging indicators across disparate lines of business to improve predictive accuracy.

·                Implement standard operating processes across all products and functions that seamlessly work together to deliver exceptional service to the field

·                Coach and mentor planners to increase their skills and capability in preparation for promotion within Honeywell
