As a Technical Trainer, your duties and responsibilities include
developing and conducting effective training programs. You will be performing
the training needs assessment, developing and delivering the learning materials
and curriculum. Also, directly managing different phases of training delivery.
Occasional travel to conduct technical training classes at customer sites.
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the application, installation, and
operation of all assigned products, tools, and services. This position is based at our Raleigh, North Carolina office. Hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Identify
and assess training requirements by evaluating the weaknesses and
strengths
Translate
needs into training that help customers administrate and maintain their
systems.
Oversee
or develop the production of manuals, instruction materials, aids, and
classroom handouts
Supervise
structured learning experiences and oversee their results
Familiarize
new hires with targeted training materials
Stay
abreast with the latest tools and trends in delivering technical training
Deliver various training courses
Coordinates program
execution and logistics with internal groups, facilitators, and subject
matter experts
Creative and effective communicator to
ensure training programs are well received by participants.
