Head Coach:

As an Orangetheory Fitness Head Coach you will be responsible for coaching OTF workouts and motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-defined workouts. While leading workouts coaches must be able to motivate members and have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries.

About Orangetheory Fitness:

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.

Pay: OTFit tier pay($40-$83) plus $10 per class

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruiting new coaches

• Preparing candidates for OTFit Certification

• Work with new coaches on Post OTFit Certification development

• Must coach a minimum of 15 classes per week.

• Submit monthly evaluations of the coaching team to the Fitness Development Team

• 10 hours of admin work weekly required

• Must maintain a minimum of 60% intro closing rate

Job Qualifications:

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company such as ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, and AFFA PT/GFI.
• Must have current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
