The Company has operations on all four major Hawaiian Islands with branch outlets on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Kona & Hilo. We also maintain a major facility in Portland, Oregon where building materials are purchased directly from producers for shipment to Hawaii.
Seeking a Full-Time Door Shop Supervisor. We are looking for an individual with previous experience in construction, millwork, or shop work. This position will be responsible for all day to day activities at the location including: implementing production processes, and purchasing. Additionally, ensures performance and quality objectives are met while minimizing expenses.

- 3 years previous Supervisor experience with millwork and/or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of the production of millwork and doors
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
- Possess knowledge in scheduling and shipping methods
- Ability to use strong judgment in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
