Job Overview:
As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will focus on resolving easy to medium break/fix issues. Assist in maintaining IT assets and related required support functions enabling the Cooperative to effectively perform company operations and meet its business objectives. Assist with the Cooperative’s information technology infrastructure and services including communications and networks; data interfaces between applications; information system security; hardware and software; desktop support; access control, IP security camera system, mobile devices, and assisting with key technology initiatives. You will work under the guidance of the Director of Technology.
