Qualifications: Must have a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) license in good standing with the state of Indiana.
Key Responsibilities: The Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) will be responsible for giving residents personal care, assistance in performing daily life activities, and administering appropriate medication. They must be able to respond to resident requests, monitor resident condition and report special care needs, concerns, or problems to the appropriate staff. Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication, and teamwork.
