Job Posting for Personal Care Assistant at Hope, Care & Love Home Healthcare Services
Hope Care & Love HHS Tidewater is looking for qualified, compassionate PCAs for the following cases:
1. Virginia Beach (Tuesday/Thursday and E/O Saturday 10A-6P, 9A-3P) Total care, light housekeeping (Mention Case 2T when calling)
2. Virginia Beach (M-F 9A-5P) Standby Assist, meal prep, med reminders, light housekeeping (mention NH when calling)
3. Virginia Beach (M-F 2:30P-7:30P) Minor child; help get off the school bus afternoons, supervision, lives in home with grandmothers, brothers and sisters. There are 2 dogs in the home. Must pass a CRS background in addition to the standard one. (mention R5 when calling)
4. Virginia Beach (T-Th 9A-2P) Senior Highrise, Assist with basic ADLs, companion
5. Virginia Beach/Chesapeake/Norfolk/Portsmouth (Open Availability M-F 6A-5P with OWN transportation, up to 40/hrs, mention IFLOATDAYS when calling)
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Compassion: Demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs.
- Communication: Effectively conveying information and actively listening to clients' concerns.
- Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to clients' needs and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet the needs of multiple clients.
- Flexibility: Adapting to changing schedules or client requirements.
- Physical Stamina: Being able to assist with lifting, transferring, and providing physical support as needed.

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
