Barback/Hospitality Assistant - Downtown Location

- Can stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary

- Mandatory to become certified in food safety and RBS

-Must be 21years of age or older to apply

*Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required

Job Function:

- Set up and tear down of service

-Bussing tables and Bar, during and after each wine experience

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work and service areas

-Help with deliveries *Must have a valid driver's license

-Minimal food preparation

-Restock wine according to the needs of the business

-Restock wine sales supplies

-Use commercial dishwasher to wash and sanitize tableware

- Sanitize and polish wine glassware

-Assist in the sale of wine

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately

-Prepare espresso shots for guests

-Serve guests food and beverage items, which includes alcoholic beverages

-Diligently maintain the cleanliness of restrooms

-Porter between downtown location and events in the park
