This position starts at $20 with the potential to increase over time based on expanded job responsibilities and established experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for file management and compliance.

• Examines information for accuracy and completeness.
• Consults with program staff for clarification or to resolve discrepancies for inclusion, correction, or for update of information reported.
• Maintains and implements a secured standardized filing, reporting retrieval and protection system for records, reports, and other information, as required.
• Maintain accurate case file documentation, client characteristics, and program utilization information for all program clients in CAP60 database and other required reporting system.
• Comprehensive understanding of Contract requirements, program guides of programs being reviewed, and HopeSource process and procedures for those grants.
• Confirm eligibility requirements, supporting documents, and completions of all exit elements.

Minimum Requirements

• Outstanding organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform daily duties to achieve expected outcomes and performance measures with minimal supervision
