Ability to write newsletter and other communications using Microsoft Office.

Position Information:

Be comfortable leading a Christian Education Program within the progressive United Church of Christ teachings/LGBTQ . This will be explained and will be an ongoing process.

This position is Part-Time for 10 hours per week at $16 to $19 per hour.

Be able to develop and implement Sunday school lessons and activities using a variety of resources and present it within the United Church of Christ faith teachings.

Ability to work well with families and children.

Hold monthly meetings with the Christian Education Committee (with compensation for up to 90 minutes).

A background check will be processed by the church.

Valid Michigan Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Weekends as needed
