Job Description:
Hopewell In-Home Senior Care is a licensed home health agency. These are just some of the tasks you will be assigned:
· Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
· Assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
· Socialization and companionship
· Transportation (if needed) and errands
· Light housekeeping
Each patient has a Plan of Care, made by our Registered Nurses specifically for each individual client, allowing you and your patient to decide how/when each tasks gets done!
Requirements:
· Ability to pass a level II background check and work-related references
· In-person CPR certification
· Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the surrounding areas
· Driving License with a Valid Auto Insurance Card
· Cell Phone with Reliable Service
