Scheduling Specialist
Join HopeWest as the scheduling specialists and be responsible for a variety of scheduling needs for the participants in the PACE program. This will include transportation, home care visits, clinic visits, and outside medical appointments with our contracted providers. The scheduling specialists will also be responsible for re-scheduling any missed or cancelled appointments, managing holiday schedules, and providing adequate coverage for planned or unplanned staff absences.
What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to allow people who might otherwise live in a nursing home to remain cared for in their homes, in their community. There are 180 PACE programs, in 33 states, providing care to over 79,000 people and growing every month!

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance maintained throughout employment.
- Experience with healthcare scheduling is preferred.
- Attention to detail; accuracy in all work.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elderly, frail individuals.
- Adequate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Effectively and respectfully communicate both verbally and in writing in a multitude of situations and settings.
- Effectively work with and build relationships with others.

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
