The Financial Business Consultant will be the financial business partner to the Executive Leadership on all financial matters and support preparation of financial presentation materials for Board of Directors and Rating Agencies.
Responsibilities
- Leads comprehensive management reporting and analysis, isolating key drivers, quantifying impacts and connecting implications to business decisions
- Leads cross-functional teams to drive finance strategy and research
- Augments analytics through business knowledge, experience and organizational collaboration
- Oversees data integrity and ensures high quality of analysis
- Extensive specialized knowledge of insurance business, products, trends, data and reporting required
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Advanced Degree preferred)
- Strong financial acumen required
- Strong Excel and computer skills desired
- Strong verbal and communication skills required; presents results at leadership meetings
