Video Production Specialist

Video Production Specialist position requires a media professional who can conceptualize, capture, and edit cinematic storytelling aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in Addison office.

Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-production tasks, including script writing, storyboarding, and logistics coordination.
• Execute production by capturing footage, audio, and setting up lighting for optimal results.
• Conduct post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, motion graphics, and audio mixing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for the target audience.
• Ensure all video content meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to enhance video production processes.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and reference.
• Manage, maintain, and acquire studio and field equipment for optimal functionality.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understand of cinematic storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of lighting techniques and audio recording principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team and clients.
• Curiosity and a love for creative problem solving.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, Communication, Media Arts, or related field, required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and Illustrator.
• Excellent scriptwriting and storyboarding skills.
• Experience in managing and maintaining video production equipment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in video productions.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
