ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER – PSYCHIATRY - BILLINGS
ASSISTANT NURSE MANAGER, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - RELOCATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE
Seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to work on the inpatient psychiatric units (16-bed C/A Psych Unit and 28-bed Adult Psych Unit) in the in the Billings Clinic Hospital, in Billings, MT. There is also an outpatient clinic and a psychiatric observation unit.
This position will work the swing shift and be the leader who connects with the staff working those hours. There may be the possibility of working four 10-hour shifts with some earlier days to attend select meetings.
Billings is 1 hour and 48 minutes from Cody, WY (where Yellowstone National Park is located).
- The Assistant Nurse Manager plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of overall nursing care to patients.
- He/she provides managerial support in conjunction with the Program Director by providing supervision and evaluation of all nursing and patient care personnel in the Programs.
- He/she contributes to the Program, nursing and hospital through commitment to nursing goals, the supervision of clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program.
- Supervisory Responsibility: Will provide direction to RNs, LPNs, CNAs and MHTs.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires BSN with previous acute care inpatient psychiatric experience in a hospital and some supervisory experience.
