Horizon Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant who will provide support to our school nursing department with various administrative duties. This is a temp to perm position.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 9am-5pm
- Temp to Perm
Job duties:
- Update charts for assignments
- Keep track of employee credentials
- Sort employee timesheets
- Data entry
- Filing/Copying
- Back up for front desk receptionist
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Other tasks/projects given
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills(knowledge of Excel required)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
