A premier waterfront resort on Martha's Vineyard is seeking a passionate Director of Guest Services Manager to elevate the guest experience.

Located on the harbor in the heart of Martha's Vineyard, this intimate property offers guests luxury amenities and the perfect home base to explore the island's dining, shopping and nightlife.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for creating memorable vacation moments from check-in to checkout. Oversee front desk, bell and pool operations while championing world-class service standards.

Use your hospitality expertise to drive innovative guest programs, property events, online presence, and recreational activities.

What You'll Do :

• Manage daily front office operations including the front desk, bell staff and pool team
• Provide hands-on leadership as a manager-on-duty interacting with guests
• Develop and facilitate immersive hospitality training initiatives
• Oversee the property's dynamic online presence and content marketing
• Coordinate on-site events, activities and unique amenity offerings
• Build relationships with timeshare owners and nurture owner loyalty
• Interview, hire, coach and inspire a team of guest service professionals

What We're Looking For :

• 3-5 years of relevant hotel operations / front office leadership experience
• Track record of driving teams to deliver exceptional guest service
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to train and motivate staff towards a shared vision
• Social media marketing and public speaking / presentation skills
• Knowledge of vacation ownership operations a plus

The Rewards :

• Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonuses
