Horizon Medical Staffing is looking for an experienced scheduler to join our team and support our continued growth. The ideal candidate will bring an upbeat personality and positive attitude to this position. You will be the primary scheduler and point-of-contact with our clients.
This position will allow the ideal candidate to grow professionally as the company continues its growth.
Duties include:
- Primary scheduler and main point of contact with our clients
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and employees
- Must be able to be On-Call one weekend a month (additional pay offered)
Requirements and Skills:
- Must possess keen attention to detail
- Ability to quickly prioritize tasks to maximize productivity
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word a must)
- Team player and willing/able to help in other areas to help the company grow
- Experience working in medical staffing a plus
- Experience working with scheduling software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Training will be provided, your success is our success!

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year
