Horizon Pest Control is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support for company leaders. Candidates must be able to organize on and off site meetings, as well as virtual, create slide presentations and coordinate travel arrangements and events.
The position also requires the candidate to complete accurate and detailed leadership and departmental reports while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of team and company information. We require an individual who can work flexible hours for business-related tasks during regular business hours and periodically during off-hours.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook is a must. Must also be proficient in social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
