Job Description: Recruiter/Account Manager
Recruiter Objective: Being part of a team of Account Managers and Recruiters to recruit, interview, and fill job orders for our Local and National clients.
- Recruiting: 80% of you time will be to Implement and facilitate strategic recruiting plan. Network with community organizations, create advertising campaigns of on-line ads and open houses, social media, referral programs, job fairs. Will travel at times to Client locations.
- Employee Relations/Human Resources: 20% Job offers, job terminations, employee issues, attendance and performance plans, unemployment, workers compensation, and administration of benefits for employees.
- Client Services; Maintain excellent client and customer service levels with client. Attend daily, weekly, monthly, and quarter client meetings. Consult client on challenges and action plan for solutions. Present quarterly and yearly performance reviews. On-site employee orientations, employee surveys, and retention program.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred Retail Sales, Retail Management, New College Graduates
- Degree not required, but preferred
- Desire to grow and advance professionally
- Solid MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
